It solves one of the problems with iframes, which is that a search engine can link a person straight to a document that is supposed to be in an iframe, thus stranding them with no navigation links, etc. I used java and php to make it so that if you try to get say contact information (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.dikaios.net/lowband/contact.php">http://www.dikaios.net/lowband/contact.php</a><!-- m -->) it will forward you to index.php, AND load the contact document into the iframe. Feel free to look at the site, or ask if you'd like a copy of the code.<br />
