Can Someone Make Me A Simple DB?

I have made a file sharing app, and I need a way for users to get a list of running servers (more than one). As you can see, users are allowed to run their own servers. Anyway, my idea is that when someone opens the server application, a php script will run in the background off my web site. Then, the script will add the server name and IP to a list for users to view. When they close the server app, it will remove the listing. I have mySQL and php installed on the servers, I just need someone to make this for me. If you could, either leave a message or email me. Thanks!
