i get this message and i don't know what to do im new on this XD

i uploaded the files again and its the same thing what should i do

Are you sure its located in the right location? Make sure its root/upload/misc.php and not root/forum/upload/misc.php

have you vbseo installed on your forum? maybe the htaccess is not in the root
