Can php call oracle's store process?

Now I has installed the php4.0 in my machine.It is said that php4.0 can't gain
the value of oracle's store process.Is it true?Is it also a problem in php4.03?
What should I do to gain the value of value
of oracle's store process in php?Can you give
an example to me?
