Dear all I am learning how to use html to create a new web design. I am stuck, since I do not remember the first two steps. Create a folder first and then create a file by using notepad which I will use to create my html document. How I relate the two? Is it correct what I am doing? Please HELP IF YOU CAN<br />

step 1: I make a new folder<br />

step 2: I open up notepad and start writing the html <br />
document<br />
<br />
step 3: Every time I am done with part of it i save it in the folder(the first time I Save) and i open it in my browser<!--content-->Find a host or host it yourself but make sure you have a way to get it to the internet. It is harder to do traffic testing w/ out traffic
