Can anyone tell me what is the main difference in algorithms of google and yahoo?How they different in SEO work?I read many articles about this but didn't get any conclusion.. Many of the people know that for getting better result in google , one needs to provide the quality only. As quality backlinks and quality content is the prior need for getting the best result. But for yahoo i have heard that on page seo works more as domains, tags and all. But remember one thing that all the search engines first demand for quality the most. First of all Yahoo algorithm doesn't have page ranking while google have its own page ranking.Webmaster think meta description is most important in yahoo but in little important in google. yahoo gives more priority for on-page optimization,while Google gives for off-page optimization. Firstly I would like to say, both search engine have same Moto to provide better result in search engine and want to increase site indexing. As we know Google is more interactive search engine then others so it would be good to say that Google is much smarter and more advance with yahoo.
Both search engine give priority to same things like good Title, IBL and all the factors of ranking. But the ratio is different in both search engines that makes different to search engine result I noticed that Yahoo will rank newly created sites/blogs on first page which domain name is your target keyword and unique content. But you have to maintain link building that site to get consistent rank in Yahoo.
