I'm working on a chinese website, I want to be able to provide content in both simplified and traditional chinese.
does this mean that with Oracle's National Language Support, i only need to store data in one unified format like unicode, and Oracle will translate unicode into simplified or traditional chinese depending on locale settings?
will the translation still be accurate or do i have to use 2 records to store the same info, one is for simplified and the other for traditional?
