C# project with DB , ORM , MVC , JS [closed]

Hy guys ! I must understand in 2 weeks how a MVC project works . I appreciate if you can guide me where i can find an explained project (open source) which use DataBase , ORM ( Entity Framework ) , MCV , Repository and Javascript under C# language with T-SQL , C# Linq , C# Razor , Ajax and RequireJS . I must understand only how this techniques cooperate . A Hello World project(tiny) which gets step by step through Database -> ORM -> Repository -> MVC -> Browser will be helpfull .
