Is there any advantages for C# over VB.net for developing asp.net pages? I have a book for asp but it doesnt cover enough (asp.net for dummies) and I was looking towards C#.

Thanks,
-FrankSee:
http://www.aspfaqs.com/aspfaqs/ShowFAQ.asp?FAQID=185

C# and VB.NET are very similar, save their syntax. No real perf benefits on using one over the other; they can both do the same things, essentially. That being said, choose whatever one you feel more comfortable with. Personally, I prefer the synax of C# over VB.NET, but if you like VB's syntax, stick with VB.NET. Besides, converting between the two is rather trivial, really.
