bx Slider vanishes on Float:Right

I've got bx Slider running inside a full window width div. I'm using a parallax plugin (http://johnpolacek.github.com/scrolldeck.js/decks/parallax/) whereby all the images shift to fit more appropriately when you change the horizontal window size. bx Slider does not do the same as it is aligned left.When I set the containing div to float right to try and achieve this same effect, bx Slider vanishes completely. I can't for the life of me figure out why it disappears.Basically I just need it to act in the same manner as the other images when I reduce the size of the window horizontally (as in the demo parallax plugin I'm using).Any help will be greatly appreciated.
