Booststrap scrollspy not working in Firefox and Opera - highlighting the last element

Have been looking at other solutions for my problem, but even after removing the setting to set body height to 100% and removing all possible position:absolute elements, I am really frustrated.Scrollspy works perfectly well in Chrome, but in Firefox and Opera it does not seem to work as it should. In firefox and Opera the last elements gets highlighted in the list, but not the rest.. below is a link to the website, where you can see the working version of it.
