Blinking or Flashing Aura Text

I have looked recently for a cut n' paste javascript on either blinking text or flashing aura text. I would like to design my new web site with some (less) beautiful graphics and creative text using java script. I had learned frames and a bit of java script before. The fact that I do not want to have to download a program to run the javascript has become problematic; I do not want to discourage my viewers. There was once a site, I seem to be unable to find, called cut n' paste javascript. I would be appreciated if someone would direct me to where they may be found.
