i want to know how to make a blinking text, and then how to make that text to change it's color when you put the mouse on it befor you hit it .<br />

but if you want it to changes colors then you have to use a javascript to do that. the blink tag ( which I believe is deprecated and nobody likes it) will not change colors.<!--content-->When ever i use the <blink> tags they never work lol, what are they suppose to do, they have done nothing for me on or off line<!--content-->that is because they got rid of that tag after NS4 so it only works in that browser. it doesn't work in IE or NS6+ or NS7<!--content-->Annoyingly, Mozilla 1.3 supports it.
