Blank Page When Logging In

I had just import a backup from my site on a new host and now none of my members or myself can login the forum or the AdminCP. Once you try to login, you just get directed to a blank page. Everything was 100% functional on the site before moving it, I created a gzipped back up of it with drop tables. Could anyone tell me what the problem could be and how to fix it?
 
If you can't get into the admincp, you need to install and run tools.php to see if its holding a bad cookie.

Short version of install:

Copy tools.php to the admincp folder.

Copy your install folder from your distribution, Tools.php needs it to run.

Run vBTEAM Underground - Free vBulletin Hacks, Skins and Support

delete any stale cookies that may be there.

delete tools.php
rename the install folder in case you need it again.

login to admincp and change your URL settings in vboptions to the new site if needed.
