Hello Friend,
I hear that bing is launching a webmaster like google, so friends what you think , it will be give result as google. Bing is not launching that!
Bing already have webmasters tools just go to http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmasters/ to find more. Bing has it and its not useful and Google's for webmasters and there are not many options on it that webmasters can change them or work with them. bing is not that open when it comes to site rankings/SEO. and after its launch haven't heard anything new or interesting update. Bing is recently updated their design. But i Think there is no special future. It just imitate the google webmaster tools design( newly added things are click, impression) I saw today, Bing has updated it webmaster tool, but nothing interesting there also you need to install silverlight to access it.
