Bing Domain Score

I have just logged into the Bing webmaster section and noticed 'Domain Score'.
What is this? Is this the Bing version of PR or what?
Next to Domain Score I have 5 green boxes. Does this mean the domain score is 5? If so, then 5 out of what?

Any information about this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks According to Microsoft:

Quote: # Domain score

Provides a measurement of how authoritative Bing views your domain to be, with five green boxes being the highest rating and five empty boxes being the lowest. This is based on many of the same factors Bing uses to determine static rank (A query-independent ranking of a webpage by a search engine. The static rank of a webpage provides a general indicator to the overall quality of the webpage.) , but isn't directly comparable. It does look like Microsofts version of Google PR, but with a different name and probable algorithm. Quote: Originally Posted by ELCaD Thanks for sharing. That's not based on any real research. Why does it take so much longer for Bing to reindex your site properly? I just did a huge site revamp and Google had me indexed properly within a day and Bing two weeks later is missing almost 75% of my webpages? My domain has a 5/5 score and also Bing is supposed to be really fast from what I have read. If so then why the lag time? I lost my really high rankings with bing and I am barely in the top 100 anymore. What gives? the domain is echealthinsurance.com I think its a webmaster tool where Bing used instead of PR for Google they have "Domain Score" as a ranking of a particular site. I am also under the impression that Domain Score is comparable to Page Rank.
