Some webmasters claim that their results on Yahoo improved, then suddenly Google started liking them more. I think vice-versa it would be more believable, but could Google take account of Bing and Yahoo results as well?

Google has made a strong case in the past that Yahoo! results were identical to their own. Now that Bing is providing organic results for both Yahoo! and Bing I don't believe this is the case.
