I have been using seeksadmin for several months now as a proactive server management team, and have been extremely pleased and satisfied. I have put in a LOT of tickets for both small and large admin taks, and they have handled them all very well.
Yesterday, 2 of my servers got hit by the Jamackya (sp?) guy, and John at seeksadmin stepped in and took care of business.
Admittedly, I still take a hand in administration, but it is great to put in system side tickets for them to handle while I do the work of handling customer sites and email/phone traffic.
It really makes a difference in your attitude when you have a comfort level that they will get it all taken care of and you don't have to worry about it.
Right now, I have just a couple outstanding issues that they are working on, but I have no doubt they will handle them just as well as they have handled all of my other issue.
Thanks seeksadmin - particularly John and Tris, although I am sure others have been working behind the scenes as well. You all deserve a break after what I put you through yesterday!
