BR If you are talking about your web directories then i think you should use the "article feature" that PHPLD provides in there script and start adding or purchasing cheap articles to all your categories. Have a section on your homepage that has the "latest articles" showing and you could submit those articles to the social bookmarking sites.
Right now on your directories i see no NEW fresh content daily on your homepages so google will just pay attention to your inner pages since they will update when you approve a listing. If I had a dollar for every time I read submit articles, forum participation, social bookmarks, blog commenting ... oh wait, you left that out!!! and directory submission, well, I would be taking a 5 star vacation, at least! This can help to index your pages in less time.
