I wanted to find out from you guys, what is the best way to increase pr on your internal pages? Is it having other sites link to that page? Content? Traffic? I've heard alot of different things, from alot of different sources..Hopefully you experts can slug it out and come up with the same answer.....derrick wrote:What I have found out is that having people exchange links with you and link to pages on the inside of your site really helps the internal links gain pr.The way you link to your internal pages can affect the PR distribution within your site. If every page links to every other page then the PR should be the same on every page - but this isn't really possible with a large site. There are some calculators that can help you understand how internal linking affects PR:http://webworkshop.net/pagerank_calculator.php http://www.markhorrell.com/seo/pagerank.aspBut if you really want to boost a particular page then get an external link to that page from a relevant site that has high PR - that'll do it!Byzantium wrote:
