Not going to start a "best-browser-war" but theres absolutely no point in having that text.
Personally I think its just stupid, and most people that have thoose texts on their pages/sites are too stupid to be able to code so it works as it should in several browsers.
LOL! I was a Mozilla fan until they screwed up v3 now it runs over 300MB RAM with only 8 simple page tabs open, v2 can handle 12 at 100MB easy, so IE still reigns for now!
