I have new website. What package or what plan should I use to get ranked.

WE A number of things will see your site indexed in a matters of days:
- post comments on high traffic blogs and forums with links back to your site,
- post a couple of articles on high page rank article directories e.g. EzineArticles and GoArticles,
- Social bookmark your link. Post your link to identi.ca, digg.com and folkd.com and ping it with pingler.com,
- some have suggested that put Google ads on your site and it gets indexed by Googlebot.
Don't forget, they key is to build and continue building backlinks to your site.

Where do you suggest the person goes for such a paid submission? Hey, anybody can help me for article submissions and press release. I want my website articles on top high PR websites and blog.
