best recommended php blog for search engines

Looking to install a blog for one of my clients and tyring to decide which one is the best for search engines. I thought about blogger.com since google owns them but i don't think the push technology will work as well for the client.I have looked at b2 and pmachines blogger tools. They seem to do ok, but they still use a dynamic php script to generate the files.
