I'm fairly new to this, so bear with me. 
I took an intro HTML class which covered some CSS, but I can't quite seem to figure out what I want to do.
Basically, I want my sidebar that contains my links to be in CSS... if that's possible. I make a lot of updates and changes and it takes me all day to either change or add a link on the sidebar of each and every page.
Can someone give me some guidance on how I can make one change in the sidebar that will take to all the pages? I tried the <div>, is that what I need to do?
