bbcode permissions

This might be a request but, I want to limit my flash and quicktime bb codes to admins and mods, how do I do this?

I did. that links to the .ORG site I don't have a vBulletin account where can I download it you don't have it on this site as far as I know when I searched it that is why i posted the or else i wouldn't be here.

Trust me I don't want to waste your time with these stupid posts. I have member in my forums that do that.
