BB code problems

Im on VB 3.7.4. Whenever people post a reply there are no bb code buttons its just a square block to put text in. Same thing with editing sigs. The BB code still works but not everyone has all the bb code memorized. any help?

change there text editor it standard or enhanced deatures over the basic ones

You running a custom style? Sounds like you might have to revert something assuming this is an upgrade. If its a clean. Does the problem happen on the default style?

It happens on all styles including default.

Sounds like you have a plugin or product misbehaving.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System -> Enable Plugin/Hook System

disable and see if the problem goes away. If it does, you need to try to figure out which plugin / product is being a pita... If the problem persists in the default style, you may need to copy your files back up to the server to fix what ever one is broken or corrupted.

Makes no difference. I tried. Ive seen on other forums where the admin cant see the bb code and regular users can. This isnt the case on my forum but i need to get this sorted asap.

Try this:

Go to your usercp > edit options >Message Editor Interface

change it to enhanced interface.
