hello<br /><br />i'm having a major problem with a cgi script which emails from a list. it is a basic email management list. <br /><br />it worked fine at my previous host. i recently noticed that only 45 of the 2000 subscribers have been receiving updates since the script was moved to totalchoicehosting in the past 2 months.<br /><br />is there some kind of limit built into the mail server? i tried deleting the first 45 email addresses from the list, and it stopped again at the 45th or so email!<br /><br />this is really bad for us. our business depends on these people getting the info. i need help fast!!!<br /><br />thank you<br />doug<!--content-->
I'd open a ticket on this myself, but I believe that TCH does have a limitation in place to prevent spamming.<br /><br />I think the limitation will require you to break your e-mail sending up into segments, where each segment must be seperated by 5 minutes time to prevent flipping the "spam" trigger.<!--content-->
