I have tried the sugestion: Edit the XF86Config file and insert, "Option sw_cursor" under the "Section Devices" but I get a cursor that is a blob and drags across the screen and messes it up! This is worse than the barcode cursor! Can Anyone Please Help? THANKS...Ray
