How can i ban a user from a certain forum?

Create a user group that doesn't have access to that forum and put that person in it.

lol right. But i think their is a mod for this without creating another usergroup.

There is no mod rather then - "Ban Peron From Thread" but not from forum. Just add that user to different usergroup, or change his/her permission for them manually..props
