A competing website does some trick whereby when you enter a keyword into google, they appear top (my site number 2), and if you visit their website you cannot later go back to google to see the other search results. This is clearly unfair. I've reported them twice to Google at http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html but still they stay positioned number 1. As long as the ultimate URL displays the content that Google used to search, it's just fine. What's wrong is when they're using that method to cloak. If they're cloaking, then reporting to Google is all you can do.There's no oversight, nobody standing over Google to make them do their job or alter listings, or remove spammers, there's nobody "higher up" that you can really report to other than Google themselves.I agree with you Axe but its really bad programming if using JavaScript.
