Some idiots are joining up to my forum and all have used Proxy's so I have no idea how to ban them for good, I ban - they re-register. I have chosen to manually accept/deny new registrations but I would love to get in touch with their ISP's, please can someone advise on how to go about getting their genuine ip's?
