bad edges!!

My brother and myself have just uploaded a web page relating to our favourite club. We are stuck with a couple of things though.<br />
1. We need the pale blue and yellow bands to go right up to the border of the page. At the moment they are out by a few pixels leaving the navy background colour running down the RHS of the page.<br />
2. The links section on the bottom of the page could do with being right at the bottom (similar problem to above.<br />
<br />
As this is our first site, if anyone has any comments, good or bad, we would appreciate them.<br />
