Backlinks in Google

Why is it so much tougher to get backlinks in Google...over MSN and Yahoo? Are there ways to determine which backlinks are best to go after that will benefit Google?Google dont show all backlinks they know about because it would make figuring out the PR algo easier.I think google only shows the site that has a PR4+ rank.It just shows a random selection.For me don
