Most of us are using article directories to post texts with back links. It's very good becouse we have links in context. But not all article directories allow us to put our links in article body, we can put links only in fields like "about author" and etc. These fields are at the bottom of the content. How do you think are they as effective as liks in the body of the main article text? Well depends on what your intention is. If you just want spiders to pickup your links and index them that works the same as you put them in the body, but if you are targeting human clicks, that would not be as effective as in the body. Do You think that google don't understand that links are in the bottom? If I'm not mistaken it knows if they in sidebar end etc. Quote: Originally Posted by truelamer

Of course not, IMO. As you might have know that, contextual links from niche relative pages(page title would be the most important issue) would be the best for any purpose. One thing I would like to mention is that they are still so many article directories allow you to put links in contents. Also, press releasing sites would be a nice alternative channel.
Have a nice day, ok, thanks a lot! I'll folow you advices and use niche of content for linkbuilding
