Avatars not working.

Hey I'm not sure if I had posted in the right section, but whenever I log in
and try to change my avatar on my forums, something like this happens. Help please?
 
I'm having the same problem, even though I have avatars enabled. Members cannot upload avatars and it looks just like bobs ....I as an admin can upload one just fine. Anyone help?
 
The only way I can reproduce your image is go into the usergroup and set avatars to NO. So, I am guessing your problem is there. (fyi, the user group has two avatar upload related picks)
