avatar problem

hi if i use for my users avatars from 150x150 there are always other avatars they are bigger ore smaller , how you can set them that every user has the same size?

Each user group has to be set accordingly. Just because you set up the permission in the admin usergroup does not mean the member user group will inherit that permission. Just copy 125 & paste it in each usergroups avatar min / max.

if i use the custom avatar maximum then i fill this :

2636 bytes ? all members have the good size ?

That depends on your webhost. Do you have a certain amount of file space? If it's a HUGE amount, avatars wont cause an issues. If you have a small amount of webspace, you may want to restrict this a bit more.

Make the file size a little larger then your avatar & you should be ok. If users have upload problems then just have them link the avatar.
