Avatar Not Updating

Hi,
I changed the avatar on my forum, but it shows the old avatar on member List and on my profile , but it shows the new avator in usercp and postbit :S , can someone help me please?

N yeah i wanted to ask one more thing, the pre-defined avatars gets out of the table n gets very messy, is there someway to sort them out in a good manner ?
 
Try clearing your browser cache, and going to admin cp - update counters in maintenance and update avatars.

Unable to offer any info on pre-defined avatars at this time, due to my appetite for beer and crisps.
 
Check to see if your forum is saving the avatar to the file system.

If it is, then there maybe a possibility that the avatars are being uploaded to a folder that has not been configured properly in your settings.
