Avatar Issue

Sorry wrong title anyways:

On my forums i have an MVP rank isntead of VIP, anyways. In Admin CP where it says user ranks where you can set images/icons for the ranks. I set the icon for my MVP rank to

. For admin/mods/super mod's icons show up perfectly but for this rank they dont.

The file path to it is: images/mvp.gif Would that be the issue? Seeing as all my other icons/rank images are png. This is animated so had to save as .gif

No the file extension wont make a difference.

Animations are also allowed. If you would like, can you please PM me a link to your forum? I can try to take a look without needing admin access.

I have a funny feeling that it's going to be something simple like renaming the file OR the image is to large.
