Avatar in Navabar?

Hi,

I'm looking for a simple way to somehow have the users Avatar in the Navabar next to the Welcome "username". Your last login was "day and time".

Iv tried several ways and none seem to work.
All im trying to do is display the users Avatar when there logged in thats it.

Anybody? Plz

Never tried this but let me head home first (it's 1:36 PM us eastern time when I wrote this). I will be home at 5:30 PM US eastern time. I will submit the code once I get it working. I don't think it will be much of an effort.
