autopm on thread moderation

this hack does
  • send a pm to the thread starter upon moderation actions
  • The pm content can be predefined in the admincp to include the moderator name who performed the action
this hack does not
  • send an email instead of a pm
  • inlinemod is not supported
  • split thread / posts not supported
installation:import product xml and goto admincp => vBulletin options => Message Posting and Editing options

set everything as desired and submit the form (do not skip this step or you will get SQL errors) from now on the system should be working
