Ok I need to preform some server side document generation. I need to be able to make a template(s) and then when using my web interface that is already created, pick a specific record, for instance a name and address, then fill in the (selected) template with that information. I've taken care of allowing the user to pick a record, I'm just not sure what technologies I should use to attempt to create a printable (and hopefully editable but not necessary) document for the end user. I know very very little about XML, so could someone let me know if they think it might help. Or also recommend another solution.
