Auto-Resizeable I-Frames?

Is there a way for iframes to autoresize themselves? Here is the situation on my site.

The main site:

http://emathhelp.tripod.com/iframes/index.htm

If you click on the About link, it will give you a page and whole page will look too big because the About is so small. If you click on Online Form, the Online Form page is too long and you get funky scroll bars all over the place that make it confusing. Any ideas how to solve this problem, maybe with Frame within iFrame within Frame? ;)
Thank you.if you want to autosize anything you have to use percantages.

WIDTH=100% HEIGHT=20%

not hard coded so it has no where to go.

also you have 2 body tags in the source. not good as it could fowl things up.
