Attachment Problem

Hello!!!

I am using a vbulletin 3.8.2 and having problem in attaching an image file the error it shows is like that "nameoffile.jpg is not a valid image file" what should i do i am having problem with my members.......... kindly do this favour plz

another error it shows is like that:

ok.jpg:
Imageinfo Failed:
PHP Error: The function exec() has been disabled.

Ask your host about it.

Or try this
AdminCP > vBulletin Options >> Server Settings and Optimization Options.
Safe Mode Upload Enabled, tick yes.

no sir the problem is still same......... i cant understand.......... i have uploaded an attachment a bit earlier but now its not working

Ok go to your attachment manager and see if jpg is allowed.

Try switching to GD instead of ImageMagick - AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Image Settings -> Image Processing Library.
