Attachement Problem!

HI!
i am facing the attachement problem! using vBulletin 3.7.0 Beta 3! when i try to attach files like 50-200MB it don't attach!
well the Vb is installed on my local computer! and LOCAL computer have enough place to store the file!
some time it says DATABASE error or some time! wrong thread modified! invalid link etc.

i enabled the wmv extension from Admin CP! and the file size is upto 2 GB set but even it's not attaching!@ can you help me??

well, before i thought may be it's the problem of VB3.7.0 as it's Beta and not released yet! but i then installed the 3.6.8 and still the problem was there!

can you help me??

well, NO as i already told you i m on local host so i am host it self LOL!
my system is running with XAMPP . SO how any one can make restrictions!

There are two system variables that must be changed to allow large file-size uploads. They are in the files php.ini (PHP's configuration file) and my.cnf (MySQL's configuration file).
