hello guys,
can someone help me in this...

umm i have uploaded vbulletin to hostban.co.cc

have already configured config.php uploaded and made forums, but like when a member tries to register they don't get emails for validating their account, i myself have tried with hotmail and gmail they wont work..

i have checked the settings in by loging into admincp and selected yes on
Verify Email address in Registration..

do i need to configure some file in vbulletin to make it work??

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Email Options -> Enable '-f' parameter set to Yes and Save.
See if that helps.

or you could disablle email verification.

Use the SMTP function, hotmail doesn't like activation notices and throws them away when you are using PHP mail()
