I recently installed ASP.NET on my Windows 98 PWS machine. The download and installation went fine with no errors. It seems that none of the ASP.NET sample scripts are working correctly, and I either get script errors or I see the complete source of the ASPX file. It is almost as if the server is not recognizing the ASP.NET syntax at all. I do have Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and I have Microsoft Data Access Components 2.6, so that is not the problem. Can anybody help me and tell me what the problem is? Thanks for the help.The .NET Framework will work with any Windows product that supports IE 5.5 - Win 9X, Windows NT, and Windows 2000. ASP.NET, however, will only work with Windows NT 4 and Windows 2000 for Beta1. Sorry!
