ASP.NET Impersonation

I'm trying to use impersonation in an ASP.NET application, so I can access files on local Network. When I try to run the application I receive the following error: <BR><BR>Parser Error Message: Could not create Windows user token from the credentials specified in the config file. Error from the operating system 'A required privilege is not held by the client. '
