hi.. i had to reinstall iis5 on my w2k server machine. the machine was hosting asp.net applications with the asp.net isapi that was auto-installed with beta 1. however, because of the reinstall of iis5 all of the isapi filters no longer exist in my current configuration. i was wondering if someone knows of a place where i can get information on manually configuring asp.net in iis5. please help asap! thanks in advance.Hi there,

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution to your problem, but maybe your problems have the same source as mine (see entry entitled "Connection String Problems" from May 8).

I'm still researching what could be the possible cause of my problem. I have a hunch that it has something to do with IIS configurations. If I find anything related to your problem I'll let you know immediately. If you have any suggestions regarding my problem, I would greatly appreciate them.

Hopefully by working together we can solve these problems more quickly.

~~ Tonyhi tony.. iis has pretty much everything to do with the issue. all we gotta find out is what the isapi is called for .net applications.. if you can find that i can probably fix this problem. You may also want to read the May 11 entry entitled "xspwp.exe Memory Leak". I have a hunch that there are a lot of IIS configurations that can be set manually in the config.web file.

~~ TonyI don't know if this helps or not, but read my reply to myself entitled "PROBLEM SOLVED". You may just need to add some things to your config.web file.

I will continue to keep you posted on my findings though.

~~ Tony
