ASP.NET First Try??

Does anyone know what this means or what I am not doing right <BR>I justed installed visual studio.net on my web server <BR><BR>I made a simple test.aspx page. But I keep on getting this error message: <BR><BR>Server Application Unavailable <BR>The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request. <BR><BR>Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the system event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur. <BR>Sounds like your web service is stopped.<BR><BR>You might try restarting it by going to <BR><BR>Settings:Admin Tools: Internet Information Services.<BR><BR>Then right click on your default web site<BR><BR>Then click on Start.<BR><BR>If that doesn't work, refer back to my name.That is what I thought.<BR><BR>I double checked to make sure it was running.<BR><BR>I also restarted the server. <BR><BR>The page I made was a simple script, Was there any config I had to do?<BR><BR><BR>Thanks
