asp.net cannot publish the asp namespace?

I use some statement with asp namespace, that likes ASP.controls1when build, it is fine, and works well.but when i publish, that is one error:Error 120 c:\Projects\TideWeb\Controls\Common\ExceptionHelper\ExceptionHelper.ascx.cs(53): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'controls_common_errorlist_errorlist_ascx' does not exist in the namespace 'ASP' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
